Exploring the relationship between videogames and us through the lens of psychology and psychotherapy
Welcome to GameFeel, where I delve into the fascinating world of video games and their impact on emotions, the mind and mental health.

My name is Graham Walker and I am a practicing psychotherapist of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT)- a talking therapy used in the treatment of depression and various anxiety disorders. I have a degree in psychology and have worked in mental health for around 20 years. But I have been a lover of videogames for much longer than that.

I believe that psychology and therapy can teach us a lot about games and what makes them work. But also, that games can teach us a lot about us; how the brain works and also how we can look after our own mental health.

So, join me so we can explore the depths of gaming and the mind together.
